| Once again, the Housatonic Railroad is power short and has been leasing two CSX GP38-2's. After CSX 2651 had issues loading, the Housy returned that locomotive to its respective owner leaving the 2810 and Housy GP35 3600 as the only active power on the line. Here it is seen working the Specialty Minerals limestone plant in Canaan, CT before heading south on a Sunday NX12 job. The boxcar logo and dark blue stand out nicely against the limestone dust covering literally everything else in sight. |
