BN 6234, a late phase SD9, is shown parked at Osceola where it is available for tourist train service. The Minnesota Transportation Museum unit dates back to Burlingtion subsidiary Colorado & Southern and would have been among the first units delivered to the system in Chinese Red, breaking from their previous black & gray scheme. this scheme reflects the traditional BN scheme, and most units did not have white striping on the rear.
