Remarks & Notes

Amtrak is just over 2 years old as a group of kids watch what is likely the Empire Builder or North Coast Limited make its' station stop at the Milwaukee depot in September of 1973. The EMD E9 is on home rails as it was Milwaukee Road 31C before being sold to Amtrak earlier in the year. Bob Ferge Kodachrome from my collection.
