| IC 382 sits at the Casey Jones Village located in Jackson, Tennessee. Note that the original 382 was scrapped years after Casey's infamous wreck. Not so well-known were the others killed in its wrecks including a fatality during its final trip to the scrap yard. This was originally Clinchfield #99 built in 1905 5 years after Casey's wreck. Also in case you missed it their is a Waffle House next door, although I have heard the food at the country restaurant in the village is better. |
