Metrolink train 663, heading from Oceanside to Los Angeles, departs the station in Orange, California, on October 28, 2017. This is one of the first trains powered by an F125 to operate on Metrolink's Orange County Line. While the new F125s are finally entering service, they are, for now, paired with an older locomotive - in this case, F59PH 858 - just in case there is a problem. Note that on this train, the power is on the rear, hence the lack of illumiated headlights and the red marker lights.
