Remarks & Notes
The 4-8-2 19B # 1412 of the Ceres Rail Company, built in 1930 by the Berliner Maschinenbau AG (BMAG, the former L. Schwartzkopff,) for the South African Railways, is pulling the charter train for FarRail Tours on the Michell's pass line from Wolseley to Demeter (Ceres). This 10 miles 29 chains (16.7 kilometres) railway branchline from Wolseley through the pass to Ceres was constructed from 1910 and opened to traffic on 20 May 1912. Nowadays this line is operated by the Ceres Rail Company.
