A new take on a familiar location. Wallingford, Connecticut’s most notable landmark is the Most Holy Trinity Church, which is celebrating its 150th Anniversary in September, 2019. Closer to the foreground and slightly younger sits the original Wallingford Station, which was in use from 1871-2017 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Hartford Line trains now stop at newly constructed high level platforms up the street. On Saturday, July 28, 2019, CT Rail Train 6459 is lead by GP40-3H 6699 as it heads towards New Haven, CT.
