| After dropping the first cut of 25 loaded coal cars in Hawley siding, H802-09 pauses on the Main Street road crossing while the conductor reverses the switch to come back out on the main. After throwing the switch back normal, the crew will head back east and retrieve the second cut of cars left on the main at Springdale after stalling during a torrential thunderstorm, before combining the two cuts for the trip down hill to Meadow Creek. One thing's for certain, the former NF&G station sign could use a coat of paint.. |
