"In Enemy Territory" The J.R. Davis Yard in Roseville, California is the stronghold of the Union Pacific Railroad. As one of the largest classification yards in the west, dozens of Union Pacific trains can be seen rolling through Roseville everyday.
Occasionally, the monotony of UP trains is broken by the blazing colors of the BNSF Railway. On a cool August evening, the BNSF 4707 highballs the Roseville Yard sporting the most iconic look of all time, the Santa Fe "Warbonnet" paint scheme.
BNSF operates a train between Provo, Utah and Stockton, California approximately twice a week. This train operates on trackage rights for the almost 750 mile journey between Utah and California.
