Remarks & Notes |
A loaded coal train out of Andover on the NS Appalachia District rolls east towards Bluefield on the NS Clinch Valley District. The train has a 3 unit set of helpers on the rear end and here they pass over the Clinch River near Artrip. The train has been twisting along the Clinch River east from St. Paul and now will leave this river and follow the Thompson Creek Valley towards Coulwood. Train is still 60 miles from Bluefield where the helpers will cut off. The train is bound for Clover, VA, for unloading. Artrip is about 5 miles east of Cleveland, and this location is in the middle of no where! |
