| Operating at a restricted speed, Michels Corporation plow train with a pair of GMTX GP38-2s, rounds the curve in the Naugatuck state forest at Beacon Falls. This train is prepping Metro-North's Waterbury Branch to lay cables for the installation of PTC (Positive Train Control). |
