What's currently my final processed frame from a day chasing the WNYP's Meadville, PA to Falconer, NY (and return) road train has us looking down the former Erie and PRR mains at Center Street in downtown Corry, Pennsylvania.
Corry was home to the Climax Locomotive Works, which built around 1,100 geared steam locomotives for the logging industry between 1888 and 1928. One of these engines, a Class B, is depicted on a mural facing the railroad rights of way through town.
