"Land, Air & Sea" Combo on the Diner"
The scenery of the Northeast Corridor whizzes by as three freshly prepared dinner meals sit ready to eat in the Viewliner II Diner aboard the Silver Meteor towards Miami. In order to get a full "last meal" experience, we ordered The Amtrak Signature Steak, Norwegian Salmon and the Thyme Roasted Chicken Breast, thus creating our own "Land, Air & Sea" combo.
Amtrak Silver Meteor 97(30) is the last single-level long distance train to depart New York serving freshly prepared dining car meals to passengers.
