| OI-16 approaches CP RON with a healthy cut of tank cars in tow for Port Reading Yard. The Erie Lackawanna heritage unit is now equipped with PTC and some related hardware clutters the cab roof. There is now also a bit of touched up yellow paint below the EL diamond logo. |
