Leader locomotive Ge 2/2 # 161 "Asnin" (little donkey), built in 1911 by SIG and Alioth as # 61 for the Bernina Railway, and (hardly visible) railcar ABe 4/4 # 34 from 1908, are pulling a mixed Bernina train through the tight Montebello curve near Morteratsch, with the Morteratsch glacier in the background. This was a RM photo charter train, for which the Ge 2/2 was fitted specifically with a scissors pantograph again. The locomotive is still used as shunter in Tirano or Poschiavo, but has a single arm pantograph mounted usually.
