An outline of a missing logo on a weatherbeaten EMD E9A easily identifies it as a former Milwaukee Road locomotive as it lives out its final days on April 29, 1990. Yellow No. 38C was sitting on a siding at Granville, Wisconsin, on April 29, 1990, and will soon be cut up and scrapped at Wisconsin & Southern Railroad’s facility at Horicon.
