Remarks & Notes
On a February evening not fit for man nor beast, the North Coast Hiawatha readies for departure from Seattle's King St. Station for Everett, Wenatchee, Spokane and Minneapolis via the former NP mainline on the Montana/North Dakota portion of its run. Weather will change from drizzle to snow be the time it enters the Cascade Tunnel about 2.5 hours east of here.
