| On a gloomy, rainy November afternoon Georgia Central train L783 rolls over the Faye Anderson Road near Collins Georgia with the "new" 6 axle SD40M-2's being towed to the shops in Lyons for inspection before put into revenue service along the railroad. This will be the first time six axles have graced these rails in the 29 year history of the GC. |
