Denver & Rio Grande steel cupola caboose 01415 was found in Pueblo, Colorado, on August 28, 1973. This order of cabooses, 01410-01419, was built the Rio Grande’s Burnham Ships in August and September 1941. Over the years, the wooden-sash windows have been changed to sealed windows and the original black paint scheme has given way to the silver and Aspen Gold scheme.
