NYS&W WS-3 makes a run to Sparta Jct. over a snow covered Sparta Mountain with a leased CSX Dash-9 leading the way. This engine was one of the few that was leased as a result of the SU-99 derailment the past Summer that crippled four of the railroad's EMD road units.
