| Welcome to Little Rock. With hundreds waiting on the platform, UP 4014 crawls east into the Little Rock Union Station with the State Capitol building in the background. The Arkansas State Capitol was based off of the U.S. Capitol Building and due to their similarities, in many movies the Arkansas State Capitol gets to be the stand in for the actual US Capitol. Sharp eyes will note an EB BNSF Oil train in the background that has been crossed against the current of traffic to allow 4014 to pass. The sharp turn on the right is the Little Rock & Western Railway (now a part of the G&W). |
