| It is almost 9 PM, the sun sets over the city of Arica and the Railcar of the Tacna-Arica railway appears running through Chinchorro bay, on the last scheduled service of the day.
Just after passing over the level crossing of Raúl Pey Casado street, a cyclist passes quickly through the cloud of dust that was lifted by the Railcar's wheels. |
