| Crude oil loading was still in its early stage in Utah when I took this shot. The location is Gilluly, on the west side of Soldier Summit. This is an easy spot to access as it is right next to US 6 and you can drive right up to this spot. Many good photos have been taken here. This train is around 20 empty crude oil tankers and one real strange coil steel flat being used as a buffer car. Headed to either the Savage Loadout at the end of the Castle Valley Spur or the Price River Terminal at Wellington. |
