Remarks & Notes 
With a puff of smoke, MBTA GP9 7539 accelerates its train out of Boston's South Station at rush hour. Both the Geep and the coaches trailing it are of New Haven heritage. The locomotive would soon be traded to the Illinois Central Gulf in exchange for an FP-10.
