| One of the last alive "ER9" series AC EMU train on Russian railways. The electric train was built in 1967. But it did not run to see its 50th birthday. The train was decommissioned and cut into scrap in 2016. This type of electric train is distinguished by the round shape of the head cars. This design was trendy in the middle of the 20th century and now is very revered among railway fans. Currently, there are only few trains with such design in Russia. |
