Re 485 # 010 of BLS Cargo (Bombardier TRAXX F140 AC1 built in 2003) and Siemens "Vectron" 193 # 716 (built 2019) of MRCE (Mitsui Rail Capital Europe GmbH, München), rented to BLS Cargo, are pulling in multiple traction the southbound "LKW Walter" train 43543 from Geleen-Lutterade/Netherlands to Padova Interporto/Italy, on the Aaretal line between Wichtrach and Kiesen, towards Lötschberg Base Tunnel (GBT) and the Simplon. BLS Cargo has succeeded in permitting multiple control of such different types of locomotive.
