Pan Am detour train 11R-24 is pulling toward Riverside Yard in Rockingham, Vermont, on the GMRC Bellows Falls Subdivision. The train is on the causeway splitting the Connecticut River (NH) and Webb Pond (VT) as it heads for a VRS recrew and a trip over the VRS to Hoosick Jct., NY. Led by MEC B40-8 5936, 5976, GP40 353, and B40-8 5930, VTR GP38-3 207 will be tied in on the rear of the consist to handle the 86-car, 6,800-ton train over the GMRC this night.
