January 2020 was a nasty month in Western Canada. For much of it, the temperatures were ranging from -25 to -48 degrees Celsius, essentially crippling CN's network between Winnipeg and Vancouver/Prince Rupert. In this photo, CN had given up attempting to run most trains due to air issues. From left to right we have;

C77851 10 - CN 2950 (DPU in track 3)
U79151 06 - CN 3167W (tied down in track 4)
G84752 10 - CN 3197W (tied down in track 5)
Q10521 10 - CN 2859W (only train actually moving, in track 8!)
X41752 13 - CN 2680W (tied down in track 9)
C76651 11 is out of sight in track 1, and had been pumping air for about 8 hours.
P00131 10 is out of sight in the station track, also with air issues!
Temperature at the time of the photo was -38C.
