Remarks & Notes |
The view of a miner working with a pickaxe who opening narrow-gauge railway wagons now is rare in Europe, a viev of the steam locomotive working on this railway every day too. Oskova reloading in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only place in Europe where such a view can be seen every day. In the photo, the 83-159 steam locomotive moves wagons through the unloading facility on which the miner opens the flaps with a pickaxe and then manually closes them. Here, brown coal is unloaded onto standard-gauge wagons and transported inland. |
