| The power for GF86 has finished their work for the week and are taking a rest on a beautiful early March afternoon. The heritage of GFRR 502 is showing through. The "BM" initials on the nose tell us this was originally a Boston & Maine unit painted in their "bluebird" scheme. GFRR 5002 (the red unit) is an ex-Milwaukee Road GP9 that was rebuilt to GP20 standards years ago. |
