As the second in a series of at least four late winter storms moves out of southern California, the sun pops out long enough to bathe BNSF Railway intermodal train S-MEMLBT1-12 in sunshine as it passes through the Fullerton Transportation Center on Track 2. This 8271-foot long train originated in Memphis, Tennessee, and is bound for Pier T in the Port of Long Beach behind the usual later General Electric power, in this case ES44C4 7179, ES33AC 6069, ES44C4 7081 and ES44C4 8162. The sun breaking through the clouds as this train approached dispels the myth that the Ides of March are bad luck! (Fullerton, California – March 15, 2020)
