The Rittnerbahn/Ferrovia del Renon is the last narrow gauge railway in Südtirol/Alto Adige. Located high above Bozen/Bolzano, it's 6.6 km long and only uses classic railcars for all services. This one pictured dates from 1958 and was in service in Germany until 1978. On a sunny autumn day, it is seen arriving to the Maria Himmelfahrt/L'Assunta terminus.
