| PHL 21 lies under the Vincent Thomas Bridge as a variety of investigators from various Federal and local agencies complete their work. The engine was working the daytime Yang Ming Switcher job when the engineer intentionally ran it off the end of track in a failed publicity stunt regarding the USNS Mercy ship, which is docked nearby. |
