Remarks & Notes

The first run of NSM's former CSX SD70ACe models heads east toward Silver Bay with taconite loads. NSM expects five of these to replace four leased CEFX SD9043MACs. For now the mining railroad's SD40 variants will remain as back-up and secondary power.
