Good Friday and Storm lit B&O Blue! The Shenandoah Valley Railroad has a well known mix of unique power - my personal favorite is the B&O blue GP9. This power has been down for repairs for a little while but was recently put back in service. Thus, when I heard it was running on last weeks train, it was time for a "social distancing" trip to Staunton, VA. As usual, the crew made their morning run toward Weyers Cave and are seen here working Houff Corporation under a beautiful storm lit sky in the Shenandoah Valley. From here they would run around their train and continue back toward their yard, finishing up Good Friday work around noon.
