"A 4 Pack of 45s"

OI-16 is seen departing Oak Island, passing under Route 78 with a 4 pack of former Erie Lackawanna SD45-2's for power. The first pair of SD45-2s are power for Bayway that will get dropped off along the way, and from their EL #1700 will lead the way.
