| It seems a wormhole to 1988 opened up today as NS Local P71 backs down into the old Carolina & Northwestern RY yard in Hickory, NC, behind a pair of matched GP60s. Seeing them parked next to the ex-SCL GP16 made downtown Hickory seem like a branch line interchange from the late 80s for just a moment. |
