UP 1111, the "Powered By Our People" locomotive, leads a nine car officer special as it races across the grass land of Bushnell, NE; near the Nebraska- Wyoming state line. While traffic is nearing an all time low due to COVID-19 pandemic and the decline of freight traffic, Union Pacific is still able to operate officer specials to show customers and officials their rail network.
