Providence & Worcester FPCH holds at under I-95 at Pelham Bay Interlocking on Amtrak's Hell Gate Line. Once Amtrak Regional 148 passes, they will head east to Metro North's New Haven Line and continue on to Cedar Hill Yard in New Haven. |
