| Conrail B23-7 number 1980 was delivered in April 1979 with a one-of-a-kind message on its long hood: "Keep It Moving With Conrail!" This was the only locomotive to feature this slogan. The thought was to show customers that Conrail was changing and improving from its original PennCentral beginnings.
