Remarks & Notes
Displaying one of the more interesting locomotive lashups to show up in southern California in a while is BNSF Railway train Z-LACALT7-11, the power for which represents three railroads and four paint schemes! BNSF ES44AC 6258 is leading Union Pacific ES44AC 8235, Canadian Pacific "Heritage" SD70ACU 7014 and Canadian Pacific ES44AC 8751. (CP's SD70ACUs are rebuilt SD90MAC locomotives.) The train is passing through Verdemont, at the base of Cajon Pass, and is heading from Los Angeles to Alliance, Texas. (San Bernardino, California – June 11, 2020)
