"Descending onto the Marval Industrial"
CSX B750 branches off of the New Haven Line and descends down the Marval Industrial Track at Railroad Way in Mamaroneck, NY. At the end of the track is Marval Industries; the only customer on this siding and one of the few remaining freight customers CSX serves along Metro North Railroad's New Haven Line. Marval Industries produces colorants, additives, compounds and resins for the plastic industry for injection molding, extrusion, blown film extrusion, blow molding, compression molding, rotational molding and thermoforming.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
