Remarks & Notes |
The power for GFRR train GF86 is parked for the weekend just east of the North Martin Luther King Junior Drive overpass. The "Green Machine" is an ex-Canadian National EMD unit build in 1974. Four of these Canadian Cab units wear the green livery of previous owner North American RailNet. The GFRR 500 is the only unit on the roster that wears the unofficial paint scheme of the Georgia & Florida Railway. This unit was owned by the Boston & Maine and HATX before being purchased and painted by OmniTRAX. |
