In autumn 2019, the International Rolling Stock Investment Gmbh (IRSI) of Frauenfeld bought this two Re 421 locomotives from SBB Cargo, and they were used in the sugar beet traffic by the TR TransRail railway. In spring of this year, both locomotives got a revision R2 in the industrial plant of the SBB in Bellinzona and a new attractive paint scheme. The former Re 4/4 II # 11393 (built in 1985), since 2004 Re 421 # 393, has a red/cream TRANS EUROP EXPRESS paint scheme, referring to the locomotives Re 4/4 II # 11158 to # 11161 and # 11249 to # 11253 of the SBB, which had this paint scheme to pull the TEE trains Roland, Helvetia, Lemano and Cisalpin in Switzerland in the 1970/1980'. The Re 421 # 387 (Re 4/4 II # 11387, built in 1984) on the right got a steel blue/cream paint scheme in reffering to the express train "Rheingold" Amsterdam-Basel of the Deutsche Bundesbahn in the early 1960'. The "Rehingold" used the colors cobalt blue and cream. In Switzerland, there was never a locomotive in this paint scheme before. The two very appealing locomotives had a random meeting in Oensingen this day (not arranged, but for operational reason).
