The Bözberg line of the SBB from Basel to Zurich via Brugg (AG) is a "retreat" for the locomotives Re 4/4 II, mainly from the first series, with only one pantograph. But this will probably only be the case for a few more months.Re 4/4 II # 11128 was taken over by the SBB in Zurich Oerlikon on March 1st, 1968, after the mechanical part had been built at SLM in Winterthur and the locomotive had been equipped electrically in the halls of the former MFO (which in the meantime had been taken over by BBC). The 140 km/h locomotive is pulling the Interregio 1963 of the IR36 line from Basel via Rheinfelden, Stein-Säckingen-Frick-Brugg (AG), Baden to Zurich and is running between Hornussen and Effingen near Zeihen. Several of the second class cars are of type "B 50" without climatisation.
