"Domino" push-pull train of the Travys, running the Regional train 6017 from Vallorbe to Le Brassus, in Le Pont. Cab car ABt, partly lowfloor second class car B and railcar RBDe 560 DO # 384 in the rear. TRAVYS was created in 2001 by the merger of three companies: Chemin de fer Yverdon-Ste-Croix (YSC), Chemin de fer Pont-Brassus (PBr) and Transports publics Yverdon-Grandson (TPYG). The Orbe-Chavornay railway, managed by TRAVYS since 2003, was also legally integrated into the company in 2008.
The name TRAVYS stands for Transports Régional et d'Agglomération Vallée de Joux, Yverdon-les-Bains, Sainte Croix. The line from Vallorbe til Le Pont is owned by the SBB, from Le Pont to Le Brassus by the Pont-Brassus Railway. Nowadays, usually one train is a "Domino" of the SBB and the other this "Domino" of the Travys with another paint scheme.
