An area I haven't ever done was the St. Joe Sub crossing the Missouri River near Rulo, NE. This area between Rulo and Fortescue, MO, has been hit hard by the constant flooding of the Missouri River in 2019. Here a stack train out of Omaha, NE, makes their way towards KC and west towards California. The train passes by the Big Lakes area. Many roads and houses are still damaged and not occupied from the flooding. The place looked somewhat like a war zone! Some roads around Nebraska City were flooded for 124 days in 2019. There is tons of work being done to restore roads, levees, and bridges, even on this Saturday.
