| The quite little town of Scales Mound is awaken at 7:30 in the morning as a loaded ethanol pounds thru town. The train has spend the past 20 minutes fighting their way out of the Mississippi River Valley and up Scales Mound Hill. A little break and then 1 more decent climb, and the rest of the trip into Chicago will be alot easier for the 3 units and 98 loads. The train was loaded in western Iowa and is bound for interchange with the NS in Chicago. |
