| The race is on! Nevada Northern #40 has just unloaded nearly 100 cyclists at the top of Robinson Canyon and is racing them to the East Ely Depot. While track speed is only 15 MPH, the cyclists have a more circuitous path. Only one person beat the train this year. Of note, is the 1873 outfit car on the rear of the train which was used to accommodate all of the bicycles. |
