Remarks & Notes |
The Sunday Housatonic NX-13 job pauses in Pittsfield before shoving back into the yard at CP-148, where the crew would wait all afternoon for CSX trains Q424 and Q425. NX-13 wouldn't depart for Canaan until after sunset. 22 was originally built as a high hood GP7 in 1952 for the Santa Fe and was rebuilt in 1981 with a chopped nose and angled "Topeka" cab. GP35M 3600 was built in November of 1964 for the Pennsylvania Railroad as their 2309. Also ex-Conrail 2250 and Penn Central 2250. |
